CNC Supervisor is a UK Drill and Trap project — the stage name of producer and performer Oleksandr Velyvchenko.

The project began as a spark thrown from the heart of a man on his own path: a lone machinist living and working in Hastings, on the south coast of England. Behind the name sits a rare combination of hard-earned technical craft and a genuinely philosophical outlook — and both of them end up in the music. CNC Supervisor brings the energy of the machine shop into culture itself, a place where intellect and engineering are wound into a single strand of DNA and spoken aloud in Oleksandr's lyrics.

The name is not a job title. Supervisors are not appointed — they are born. Days spent up to the elbows in cutting oil, in heavy physical and mental labour, have a way of opening a door in the heart, and Oleksandr came to understand that the light and energy given to him could not stay locked behind the guard of a CNC machine. So he chose to share it instead: good spirits and positive beats, engineered in his home studio.

This is music built for clubs with serious sound systems and for large concert halls — delivered with a full light show, thick heavy smoke, strobes, and live, theatrically staged sets complete with bespoke costumes and a distinctive visual style. Working with live vocals, groovebox and looping, he performs a sound that leaves neither the connoisseur of the genre nor the casual listener unmoved. The words are chosen with intent, and they bring a smile to audiences of any age. His sound draws you into an atmosphere of love and positivity — somewhere you can enjoy the show, hear the music, and dance.

As a child, Oleksandr never imagined he would find himself in the UK, but life brought him to the one country where he could realise his potential without limits — a place that truly values music and creativity. Nights out across the clubs of London and Brighton became the inspiration for his debut album, First Off: UK Drill fused with the rolling, cavernous bass of Trap. It works just as well at corporate events, where shop-floor engineers and office staff alike will find themselves breakdancing to these refined, hard-hitting beats.
